Processing Time
All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and trust.

Each order is packed with care using protective, eco-conscious materials to ensure your candles arrive beautifully and safely.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on size, weight, and destination. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Local Delivery 
If you are local to Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Phoenix, Tempe or Scottsdale Arizona, you may request local delivery. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email kelsey@ashesandhoneystudio.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.

International Orders
We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, reach out — we’d love to explore future options.
